please note that the new Keystone XL crude oil pipeline will supplement crude going into Detroit Marathon Oil Refinery which is undergoing a $2 billion expansion to handle MORE heavy canadian crude. That's where your gasoline comes from. Therefore it is very important for Michigan to have Keystone XL oil pipeline cross the border.
